Tangent Labs is designed for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the content provided through the App on your personal devices. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense any content obtained through the App.
We reserve the right to limit or suspend access to users who abuse the service or engage in activities that negatively impact the experience for others.
When using any upload or custom content feature, you must only upload content that you own or have the legal right to use. You may not upload:

All content included in the Tangent Labs library remains the property of their respective creators and owners. Tangent Labs provides access to this content under license and does not claim ownership over third-party content.
The Tangent Labs brand, logo, and application code are the intellectual property of Tangent Labs and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Tangent Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your macOS device(s) for personal use, subject to these Terms.
Tangent Labs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tangent Labs and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
