Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• Your refund request is made within 5 calendar days of the original purchase date
• You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

No further justification or explanation is required. We respect your decision.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to contact@tangentlabs.cc with your invoice and licence key.

We aim to process all refund requests within 2-3 business days.

3. Refund Process

Once your refund is approved:

• The full purchase amount will be returned to your original payment method
• Processing time depends on your payment provider (typically 3-5 business days)
• Your Pro licence will be deactivated upon refund completion

4. After the 5-Day Window

Refund requests made after the 5-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. While we cannot guarantee a refund beyond this period, we're always happy to help resolve any issues you may be experiencing with the App.

5. Free Version

The free version of Tangent Labs does not involve any payment and therefore is not subject to this refund policy. You can use the free version at any time without any financial commitment.
